To make chia pudding simply soak 1/4 cup (40 grams) of chia seeds in 4 cups of milk or almond milk for 20–30 minutes. You can add cacao powder or vanilla for a little extra flavour. Top with fruit or carob nibs, the possibilities are endless…….
