Are there delays with delivery times?
Australia Post Delays: Our Warehouse is fully functioning and continuing to dispatch daily. Your orders are being fulfilled on time. However like all online retailers, our deliveries are being affected by Australia Post delays.
Our customer service team are happy to support questions but please understand Australia Post is experiencing delays due to high volumes and Covid-19 restrictions. Read more on Australia Post here.
Other Delays: Shipping lines have serious delays when importing containers into Australia. For pre-ordered products we continuously give you updated messages for expected arrival, however this may change by 1-2 weeks for various reasons. Any major delays outside of this time frame will be communicated to you as soon as we know and of course you will always have the option of a full refund.
Where do you ship from?
Our Warehouse & dispatch centre is located in Casino NSW, 2470.
Our Saunas and Pilates reformers are shipped from a separate location in Burleigh Heads QLD.
How do you calculate your shipping?
Shipping Rates are calculated by weight beginning at $7.95 up to 1kg. Above 1kg the freight rates increase slightly with every Kg unless the total order value climbs above $99 at which point freight is free of charge.
How do I receive my tracking?
You will receive tracking details via SMS and email as the parcel is dispatched. You can click the link in this contact at any time to view your parcels whereabouts.
When you purchase a larger order such as a Pilates reformer or Sauna you will receive a call from us confirming your order followed by a call by our delivery partner who will contact you to book the delivery date. This is due to the size of the parcels.
How long do you take to dispatch?
We aim to have all orders dispatched within a maximum of 2-3 business days of receiving your order. On many occasions they leave same day or within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) of the order being received.
The moment the courier has your parcel in his/her hand you will receive a notification.
With Sauna's & Pilates reformers it can take up to 7 days to be dispatched, this is due to the size of your order. When you place your order it is passed to our delivery partner who organise for it to come down to you. They will call you to confirm delivery dates, depending on your location this can take 1-3 weeks.
Which Courier do you use?
We use Australia Post’s eParcel Courier Service for the majority of our parcels including PO Boxes with the aim to provide the fastest, service. However on the odd occasion its is faster to use a courier service such as Aramax (Fastways) or TNT we may use this service unless you specifically request another.
For larger orders such as Sauna's or Pilates reformers we use a specialised delivery company.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes we do. Express Shipping is available at Checkout for an extra fee. There are some items we cannot Express Ship due to weight and airline restrictions. In this case you will be immediately contacted for a alternative option.
What do I do if my parcel goes missing?
If you Love Your Health Parcel is showing as "In Transit" for a longer period of time than expected then please do let us know. We will be able to contact the courier and lodge a missing parcel investigation. Please note once lodged it can take 2-4 weeks to locate and deliver your parcel.
In the instance that you provided us with an incomplete or incorrect address and the parcel is returned to us we will need to charge a further cost for redelivery.
Can I combine multiple orders to save the shipping?
Our aim is to get your parcel out asap. Once an order is received its processed within a very short space of time. If your order is already being processed I am afraid we will not be able to combine freight charges.
Authority to Leave
All of our parcels have a default setting of NO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.
Should you choose that your parcel can be left at your address Love Your Health Australia cannot accept liability should this parcel go missing. This include if you choose to change the original setting via SMS or email direct with either the courier or our logistics provider after we have dispatched your order. Love Your Health Australia will need to confirm the claim with our delivery agent before any next steps can be take.
Please note the following brands are dispatched directly from the Australian distributor, usually either same day or within 24 hours. – Waters Co, Hurom, Greenpower.
As an official distributor of Omega Juicers & Excalibur Dehydrators we send these brands out same day from our own warehouse in NSW.
Due to the size and weight of our Sauna's we cannot send these with the usual couriers such as Australia post.
Your order is immediately passed on to a 3rd party delivery company who will send the Sauna from our depo in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast Queensland. These will be sent to the nearest central depo to your address, at which point they will contact you to arrange delivery to your address.
Please note due to the sheer size of your Sauna it needs to be placed on a specific suitable transport. Unlike Aus post which can carry hundreds of small parcels in one van, to ensure the safe carriage of your Sauna it can take a little longer than a small parcel does to reach you.
