B vitamins help support the nervous system, energy production and assist with general health and wellbeing. They are involved in many metabolic processes in the body and, each B vitamin has very specific functions. Formulated with additional vitamin C to help stabilise Folate from oxidation and, CoQ10 for energy production, mitochondrial support and antioxidant support.
