Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Essential Hemp Organic Hemp Protein Chocolate
- 1 cup Cashew Hemp Nut Mylk (see recipe here)
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tbsp Live Wholefoods Organic Cashew Butter
- 1 serving spoon Lifestream Marine Source Magnesium
Preparation method
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Blend on medium, increasing to high speed until the smoothie is thick and smooth
- Serve in a glass or jar and enjoy!
