Lavender & Rose Beauty Bath
Description
If your skin is feeling dull from the rainy Winter weather then take a dip in this beautifying bath. With creamy coconut milk powder, fragrant lavender oil and dried rose petals this indulgent soak will have you glowing in no time.
Ingredients
1 cup pink Luvin Life Coarse Himalayan Salt
2 cups Lotus Epsom Salt
1/3 cup Niulife Coconut Milk Powder
1/8 cup Bob’s Red Mill Baking Soda
2 tbsp dried lavender buds
1/2 cup dried red rose petals (alternatively you can also use dried blue lotus flowers)
Preparation method
- Combine all ingredients together
- Pour into mason jars or air tight container
- Add about 1 cup of the beauty bath salt mixture to a bathtub, run hot water, and once water is at your preferred temperature, lay back and relax. The bath salts should take approximately 5-10 minutes to infuse.
Notes:
- Try to use lavender essential oil that is water soluble so that it is gentle on the skin and easily dissolves in water, otherwise you can drop lavender oil in approx. 1 tbsp of Oil Garden Fractionated Coconut Oil to add to the bath salt mixture
