Crispy Baked Cauliflower Nuggets

Side dish heaven called and asked for their secret recipe back. Our Crispy Baked Cauliflower Nuggets are a veggie twist on the classic chicken nugget. This dish is such a fun and simple way to make veggies the standout at any dinner party. These little drops of joy are also a real crowd pleaser with the little ones - toddler approved and oh-so-easy to create!
Ingredients
- 1 small head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2-3 tbsp Extraordinary Foods Pimp My Salad Vegan Mayo With Avocado Oil
- 4 tbsp The Gluten Free Food Co. Wholemeal Flour Blend
- 1 tbsp Organic Times Almond Meal
- 1 tbsp BRAGG Seasoning Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Salt of the Earth Celtic Fine Salt,
- 2 tsp Mingle Smokey Natural Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp Planet Organic Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Natures Delight Turmeric Powder
Preparation method
- Set oven temperature to 180C
- Rinse cauliflower florets and place into a bowl. Coat each floret with vegan mayo.
- Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the dry flour mix, and place on a lined oven tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked and golden brown.
- Serve warm with ketchup, mayo, or a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce.
