Choc Crunch Yoghurt Parfait

Ingredients

Yoghurt base:

1 ½ cup coconut yoghurt
1 tbsp Grass Roots Organic Chia Seeds
1 serve Essential Hemp Organic Hemp Protein Chocolate

Toppings:

½ cup Paleo Hero Primal Granola Choc
2 tbsp Natures Delight Organic Coconut Chips
Handful of berries

Preparation method

Mix yoghurt base ingredients together until well combined.
To assemble the parfait, add a tbsp of yoghurt mixture to a jar or cup. Layer with toppings and repeat until the jar is full. Serve immediately.

Note: To use this recipe for meal prep, simply keep yoghurt mixture in the fridge and add toppings once you’re ready to serve.
