This easy, peasy and creamy Cashew Cinnamon Maple Nut Mylk is unlike any udder mylk. With a creamy cashew base, maple syrup for sweetness and added cinnamon for a subtle kick, this baby is here to take your morning oats, smoothies and sweet recipes to the next level.

  1. Using a juicing screen in the Omega Juicer, place cashews and water through juicer
  2. Add more water if necessary
  3. Stir in maple, vanilla, cinnamon, sunflower lecithin, and sea salt
  4. You can taste mixture to check if it’s sweet (or savoury) enough for you, adding more ingredients if needed
  5. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge
  • You can also add raw cacao and make a healthy chocolate milk version.
  • This milk will keep for 4-5 days but if you have extra, it can always be stored in the freezer. We love to pop the extra into ice cube trays and pop them into smoothies.
