Description

Ingredients

3/4 cup mixed frozen berries
2 tsp Lokako Blueberry and Fingerlime Beauty Collagen Powder
2 cups preferred choice of milk
2 Live Wholefoods Organic Activated Brazil Nuts
1 tsp Lotus Chia Seeds
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1/4 small ripe avocado

Optional: Add frozen banana, honey or maple syrup for a sweeter taste

Preparation method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender
  2. Blend on medium speed, increasing to high speed until the smoothie is thick and smooth
  3. Serve in a glass or jar, top with a few extra berries and dried goji berries and enjoy!
