4 Alternative ways to consume Apple Cider Vinegar
There are proven health benefits of apple cider vinegar (ACV) such as helping to lower cholesterol and sugar levels, aiding in weight loss and helping to maintain clear, acne-free skin.
However many people find the taste too intense so leave out ACV from their diet. Rather than taking it straight – here’s a few tips on how to make it more palatable:
Mix it with your salad
Dilute a portion of ACV in a mixture of honey and olive oil and use it as your salad dressing. Enjoy your greens along with the benefits of ACV with less of that vinegar taste.

Make a detox drink or mix with your juice
Dilute a portion of ACV in cold water and mix it with lime juice, cinnamon or ground ginger, sweetened with honey or stevia. If you love juicing fruits and vegetables, mix ACV to add more healthy benefits into your juice. Pair your apple or carrot juices with ACV mixed with ginger and honey. ACV also tastes great with berries.

Apple cider vinegar gummies
Goli Apple Cider Gummies are a super-easy way to take ACV. They are made using real apples so you can taste the apple and not the vinegar. Two gummies each day is equivalent to a shot of ACV and they are packed with vitamins B9 and B12. Recommended intake for adults is 2 gummies while kids should take one a day.
Take ACV capsules
Not as easy as gummies, but still better than straight ACV, there are capsules available that carry the same ACV benefits so you don’t have to worry about the unpleasant vinegar taste. You can check them out here
