We understand sometimes you order something online and when it arrives its not what you expected. That’s ok providing you get the item(s) back to us in the same condition they were received in within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund you your money.
Once we receive the returned goods we will refund you via the same method of payment by which you paid. You will receive the full amount minus any shipping fees (unless we shipped something to you in error) & merchant fee costs. In the case of Omega or Excalibur brands, there will also be a restocking fee of 5%. If 30 days have passed we will not accept the return.
How to make a return
- You will have received an email with your order details. Please forward these details to firstname.lastname@example.org and include some detail around what you would like to return and why.
- Once we have given you the go ahead, pack the products securely in a sturdy package including a note with your order number. You must include your order number, otherwise we cannot accept the return.
- Return the package to Love Your Health, 74 Farley Street, Casino, 2470, NSW.
- Allow up to 2-3 weeks for your return to process.
Once we receive the package, we will process the refund and you will receive an email confirming this. The refund will include the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.
If you are returning a product due to an error we have made, please contact us either via phone, email or live chat and we will send you a pre-paid label.
If you are returning 6 or more of the same item due to a change of mind, we will charge a 15% restocking fee due to our inventory control.
If you are returning an order that originally qualified for free shipping (orders over $99), and the refund brings the total of the original order under the amount that qualifies you for free shipping (orders under $99), then the shipping fee will also be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please note, a few brands that we stock may have special return policies and instructions, and must be returned to the address they've provided on information contained in your order.
You made the wrong choice: Love Your Health will provide a refund, exchange or credit note once the item(s) are returned unused and in their original undamaged packaging within 30 days. The original shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the total refund.
Arrived Damaged or not working: The customer is required to return the product to the address provided. Replacement products may be provided at no extra cost. We must be notified of damaged goods within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
Please do not damage or mark the packaging of products you wish to return.
For all Appliances we can only accept unused items back as a result of change of mind. This is because once they are used we cannot offer them for sale as new.

Kiva Wellness Saunas & Pilates Reformers
Due to the nature and hygiene issues around a sauna and exercise equipment, once it has been opened and used we are unable to accept a return for change of mind.
In the event that your sauna or reformer has a warranty issue, please contact us with details at email@example.com
We will assess your claim and do our best to respond within 24-48 hours. If the product exhibits a defect while in normal domestic use within the warranty period; we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product or defective part free of charge.
Should it be required that the sauna or reformer be sent to our Service Centre, the customer is liable for all packing, freight and insurance costs for transit of the product back to Love Your Health. This is subject to the applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service within the 30 day period after the date of purchase, Love Your Health will arrange the shipping at no cost to you.
