Preparation method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix together all dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a medium bowl
  3. Add the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well to ensure there are no clumps
  4. Fold in chocolate chips to the mixture
  5. Use a large tablespoon to scoop dough mixture on to a non stick baking pan
  6. Use a wet fork to flatten the cookies
  7. Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes. How long you leave them in the oven for will depend if you like your cookies soft or crunchy, just know that they do bake fast
  8. Allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes before serving
  9. Enjoy!
