Choc Chip Tahini Cookies

Dreams really do crumb true with these Choc Chip Tahini Cookies. Maintaining the perfect balance of salty and sweet, these gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free beauties really are a batch made in heaven.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour (Blanched)
- 1/2 tsp Bobs Red Mill Pure Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Carwari Organic Tahini
- 1/2 cup Sweet Leaf Stevia Syrup Maple Flavoured
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Salt Of The Earth Celtic Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Baking Chocolate Chips (or as many as you like!)
Preparation method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Mix together all dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a medium bowl
- Add the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well to ensure there are no clumps
- Fold in chocolate chips to the mixture
- Use a large tablespoon to scoop dough mixture on to a non stick baking pan
- Use a wet fork to flatten the cookies
- Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes. How long you leave them in the oven for will depend if you like your cookies soft or crunchy, just know that they do bake fast
- Allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes before serving
- Enjoy!
