Choc Chip Tahini Cookies

Dreams really do crumb true with these Choc Chip Tahini Cookies. Maintaining the perfect balance of salty and sweet, these gluten-free, vegan and refined sugar-free beauties really are a batch made in heaven.

Ingredients

2 cups of Organic Times Almond Meal
1/2 tsp Bobs Red Mill Pure Baking Soda
1/4 cup Mayvers Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Mayvers Hulled Tahini
1/2 cup Planet Organic Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Spiral Organic Coconut Oil
1 tsp Salt Of The Earth Celtic Fine Sea Salt
1 tsp Very Vanilla Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Sweet William Baking Chocolate Chips (or as many as you like!)

Preparation method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Mix together all dry ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a medium bowl
Add the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix well to ensure there are no clumps
Fold in chocolate chips to the mixture
Use a large tablespoon to scoop dough mixture on to a non stick baking pan
Use a wet fork to flatten the cookies
Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes. How long you leave them in the oven for will depend if you like your cookies soft or crunchy, just know that they do bake fast
Allow the cookies to cool for 15 minutes before serving
